Talking so cal PH meet

anyone interested in organizing a so cal ph meet?
possibly somewhere in l.a. county, try to centralize it.
no one is not allowed to come, everyone is invited. lets hear your thoughts on the idea and get something going.

I'm down. I really think we should try to get a cruise together to the brand-spankin-new Irwindale drag strip!

I'm down! We could either do what Fritz mentioned, or since the Import Showoff classic is still supposedly set for Dec. 29, we could set up a big meet/show thing for that day. Anyone know if the Showoff is still a go for Dec. 29th? I heard it might be pushed back even more, but haven't heard for sure or not. =\

It seems that Diamond Bar has been a prefered central meet spot, at least when the San Diego/760/619 area code peeps come to the meets, which a few do from time to time. Otherwise, we'll get a concensus of where everyone is from, and plan a central spot from there. Like if a bunch of 805 peeps, and a bunch of 714/909 OC peeps come as well, maybe Pasadena or like Burbank or something would be a good central location. Everyone interested give a holla, and we'll go from there and see what's up!

Although I've got no problem with you going ahead for that, I think a lot of people may be out of town for Xmas/New Years (including myself). I'd push for a mid to end January date...

What about something on/around/near the L.A. Auto Show? I know I'm going to that.

It usually begins the first weekend in January, then goes until the next weekend. We could meet up for that, or I was thinking instead, how about we meet up for the first leg of the HIN tour, on Jan. 26th for HIN Del Mar CA. style?
