Tacoma driving light switch???

I just got a slightly used '03 Tacoma Prerunner. Owner's manual is missing. Dealer put one on order for me. I was told it had driving lights, where is the switch? There is not one! There adre no driving lights another dealer ploy!

I have an '02 without those lights, but there are some blank spots for lights or other accesories below the ashtray, just to the right of the power accessory outlets (for cell phones and other stuff). There is also another blank just to the left of the steering column and next to the instument panel dimmer. That one is hard to see when sitting in the seat unless you lean to the side and look around the steering wheel.

I'm actually looking to install some driving lights on my Tacoma but I'm not sure of what kind or where to mount them. Are those factory? I looked at the dealer at the Tacomas but didn't see any with the lights on them. Where do they have them mounted? Any chance you could provide a picture?
