At about 25,000 miles on my 5th gen, I really began noticing the steering on my car to loosen up. The steering feel my Prelude originally had just isn't there. The slight nudges on to steering wheel just don't initiate turns quickly. This is especially noticable on the freeway at higher speeds.
I know this probably happens to all cars eventually, but my car currently only has about 34,000 miles on (still a little warranty left) and the steering feels like that of a Ford Tarus. Anybody else notice this about their steering? Can the manufacturer do anything about it if it's still under warranty? Thanks. |
