You can find this engine at osaka motors.com
It's out of 99+ accord wagon sir. It has 200 hp 163 tq and redlines at 6800. about the same as the H22

H23 VTEC came with the Accord Wagon SiR in japan I believe.....I forget the specs on it

or even worth trying to put an H23 into and older model(88-91) civic?
