hey, uh.. i hear ppl talking about "built" engines. Isnt the engine already built? what does that mean??? IM A NOOB!?!?!??!

ummm... are you serious?.... no crap an engne is already "built" as in "put together"... but can it handle 25 pounds of turbo boost? or redline at 12,800 RPM's?
