I have a 5th gen but it should be the same.

1. remove both wiper arms...open the hood and the nuts are right at the bottom of the arms
2. take the drivers side wiper arm and install the passenger side wiper blade on it...as the passenger side blade is longer.
3. install the drivers side arm on the passenger side...where the blade slides on is geared such that you don't have to put the wiper in the park position you can position it at any height on the windshield that you want.
4. it takes a minute to find the correct position for maximum windshield coverage without having the wiper go off the side of the windshield on either side.
5. buy some RAINX and use it...you'll understand what i mean the first time you drive in the rain and you can't see because of the parts of the windshield that isn't covered by the wiper.

Dude...yeah...use whichever blade you want, i used the longer one and moved the drivers side wiper arm to the passenger side mount as i have said above but it really doesn't matter, just use the one that gives you the most coverage. Even if you try every combination your still only looking at 30 min worth of work.
