Help 01 escape electrical problems!!

Anybody have any idea what would cause the radio to go off, the cruise to turn off, and the wipers to turn on by themselves ,all at once while you're going down the road? The dealer says he can't duplicate the problem, but it happens often after driving this vehicle for a while. Is this thing haunted?

This turned out to be a disconnected ground wire under the hood near the right headlight. It was laying against ac pipe sometimes making connections, sometimes not.
