Re: 307 expert,door open

Superb. I'm building this car now too, so I can appreciate many details like correct wheels, head protection on both seats and crossed over harness. You've added a lot more than I intend too!

Re: 307 expert,door open

Great stuff! The interior detail is a dream! Good subject too.

Not a fan of the heavily laquered look, it isn't realistic in my view, but it's your model and I can appreciate it certainly is shiny!

Can't wait to see it done!

Re: 307 expert,door open

Nice subject. Nice details, I like it.
A bit too (thick) shiny in my opinion.

If you look at the inside sponsor decals of the door you see ESA (European Space Agency). This is the first time I notice it and I was like

So I searched around a little bit and found this:
- NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ESA
Peugeot Sport is pleased to announce a new partnership contract with the European Space Agency (ESA) based on collaboration in fields of space industry-derived technology, including materials and simulation using ESA-developed software.

And this:
Peugeot also announces a new partnership deal with the European Space Agency Esa. Interestingly Peugeot and PSA have already long time connections to Esa through their firms Matra and Aerospatiale. Incidentially for Esa it is some kind of a return as Peugeot Sport partner, the helicopter and former Concorde manufacturer Aerospatiale having been a sponsor on the Peugeot 205 T16.

I wonder what sort of materials and technology they're talking about.

Re: 307 expert,door open

Looking awesome! Just watched this car competing in Finland and loving it more each day! Keep up the great work. Love the small details you are adding like the partially opened door and the latch!
