98 Lumina 3.1 - P1671 Driver 4 Line 1, code?
Does anyone know what this code is caused by, the car has no change in the running when this code trips. Thank You all in advance

I tried to find schematics for the 16196285 PCM, but failed. The trouble code is indicating that an output module is in fail mode, most likely due to a shorted output/load. It may be for something which does not directly affect engine operation, such as a purge solenoid, O² heater, some relay driver such as A/C compressor, or similar.
A good schematic will show the intended use of that output on your particular vehicle.
