Actually ive just read an article that says Mondeo's are the fastest depreciating Fords in the UK, faster than Focuses, Pumas, and even the sh*tty Cougar and Scorpio!! Fleet cars, thats all i'll ever see them as

They're still pretty good cars though! Just buy them 6 months old instead of brand new.

I dont understand why someone would buy a Mondeo when you could get a 156 instead. It drives better, but, well... it's a ford.. and who in their right mind would pick a ford over an Alfa... just makes no sense

You guys get cars so extremely cheap in the us that you could easily afford the ST220 (top model), and it wouldn't cost you more than what ppl in europe would have to pay for the basic spec one.. Mondeo has great handling and drives like a far more expensive car, but here its just a middle class normal car, and I don't think there goes a day I don't see at least 50 mondeo's, seriously..

I ran with an ST220 on the autobahn the other day coming back from Kaiserlautern, from the A6 to the A5, he was on my ass until about 130, and either he backed off or I just had more top end, but I was goin till about 145 mph and than my car had no more left. I was surprised though because I thought he would over take me, and I gave him a couple chances, but he never passed me. I just think we were neck and neck..an then his governor kicked in, or he got scared.

the mondeo is an absolut standard car here in germany, you see him everywhere and i think he looks asolutely not good!

damn ugly, but it´s a ford, i understand this

no, the absolute standard car is the vw golf, than ford mondeo, focus and then the opel astra.... opel vectra is very cool!
