oil leak

last march i put a b18c1 into my 94 civic. it runs great but there has always been oil leaking down the front of the motor at the seem of the tranny. i replaced the vtech selonoid gasket and the valve cover gasket but it is still leaking. it is nothing big but it pisses me off and seems to be getting worse. does anybody know what it could be?

you see the area where your valve cover gasket goes near the dizzy and vtec solenoid. honda bond goes there. in the pictures you can see the residue of the honda bond. also, leak can also be from distributor O ring.
