When it comes down to it stage 3's are okay but when you look at the mileage that you can get out of a stage 3 it's not worth the money. I have yet to see anyone get more than 35k miles out of one. Normally around 30k miles they start to loose their girp. They're built for perfromance and being used on the track, they tend to wear much much quicker than a stage 2. To me it's kinda of a waster to spend over $300 on a clutch that will only last you about 35k miles.

I like ACT myself but if i were you i would look into a Centerforce. I think on www.groupbuycenter.com someone is running a special on Centerforce clutches. You should be able to get a stage 2 for like $160.

As with any clutch though you have to follow the manufactures instructions for the break in procedure. Most want you to drive easy for 450-500 miles in traffice before you get on it. If you don't break it in right than your screwed from the begining, it does make a difference no matter what some people say.

don't go stage 3. it's too much for daily driving. i followed Mr. Auto-x's (Habib) advice and got a stage 2 CenterForce. so far, i'm happy. it's grabby enough to get the job done but not so bad that it sucks to drive. it's not too stiff....almost feels stock to your foot when you push in
