dunno... blown head gasket dumping coolant into the sump (coolant refills) --> bad rod bearing (loud knocking) ---> piston in the sump (plug covered in oil)? Are the pistons still in their holes?

Didin't you realize sooner something was wrong? WIth coolant and oil levels continuously dropping?? Not trying to insult you or anything.. but with those problems, and you still decide to drive it around?

warped heads....blown gasket....problem fixed......

unfortunently i reiceved just a little negative responce about this post... and even one PM conserning my 'intelect'. when i joined Automotive Forums, it did not seem such things would occur.. oh well.

For those who said it was just simply the head gasket.. thanks and good job....
