new ecu?

If I get a jdm engine, can I use my stock ecu, mass airflow sensor, ect.
Also what are the main differences (if any) between and oem infiniti engine and a jdm one. Thanks for your help guys.

Yes, you can use everything. Probably best if you swap on the USM intake manifold with the EGR and all. If you have a low port head, that wouldn't work though. The biggest difference between the JDM and USM engines is the EGR and the Primera engines have 10:1 CR.
