I got some noticeable gains from my i/h/e...I never got it dynoed, so I dont know exact. I love the way my car sounds. I get alot of compliments from people about my exhaust.

the main reason i ask is cuz i want to get more power out of the car but dont want it sounding too loud and waking up half the neighborhood. i definitly have to get a new exhaust, but migth just add one of the other two...any thoghts on either doin intake or headers? which would be better?

The intake should be first in my opinion. It will give you some hp as well as good sound. If you want the most gains out of a intake, I would get a AEM cai...they cost around 180-200.
