subs in the Z

Does anyone think subs will fit in the Z? Maybe one 10"?

I plan on putting a good 10 or 12 in a 350z (if I can get one). Just build a custom box. It doesn't look it would be hard. You can get 10's in a sealed box at like 1 cubic foot. A couple 8's in .5 cubic foot a side.

If you remove the bins/moldings behind the drivers seat there's a place built into the unibody for a sub. I'm not sure of diameter though.

yep cartoys is working on it for me when they done i will post a pic for it
it will fit a single 10" there

Uhhh, the touring model (the only one that comes with Leather) comes with a 10" BOSE sub STOCK.

i suggest 1 10" in a bazooka tube...you should get a good sound from that and it will fit with room to spare

u really dont want the tube cuz its sound not so great. I already had a single 10" in the back of driver seat (custom box).

How about 2 Alpine Type-R's? Maybe have a box made so they are right up to the hatch... leaving some space UNDER the box.... Just an idea.


Looks to me like you could easily fight one 12 (atleast!)... specialy if you angled them... Or you could go for one 15... like a MTX RFL... I have one sitting behind me... it could fit in there... a 4000 WATT Beast, that will do 10x better than any 10 you can fit in there
