Someone help me with a engine swap!!!!!

Okay, my car is a 93 civic ex automatic transmission car. Okay I want to swap a b16asir1 5-speed transmission into it, okay will this be to much trouble????? Please reply thanks..

I assume you mean the 1st gen cable tranny B16A. SiR is just the trim level the car came in. Yes it would be too much trouble. You'd need a cable to hydro tranny conversion(not suggested). You'd also need to convert everything over to OBDI(ecu,wire harness, distributor, injectors, etc.). All of which could be just bolt in and plug and play with a 2nd gen B16A.

Okay how about the b16a2 5-speed is that to much trouble to??????

The only prob would be the wiring for OBDII. Other than that nothing. At least the tranny isn't a problem with this. I believe Skunk2 or some other big company makes a wiring harness conversion for the B16A2 to OBDI which means you could just chip a P28 ECU to work it.

don't forget about relocating and welding the tranny side bracket to where the manual version reside
