Red MP 4/4 & 4/5B Color?

Hi all,

My next project is MP 4/4 & 4/5B Tamiya Kit.
But I don't know "Red" on the car in Mr.color. (because Zero and Finisher can't available in Thailand )

Could anyone can guide me in MP color in Mr.Color?

Thank you

ENO

If you can get your hands on Tamiyas spray cans they have a colour that'll do the trick for you.

TS36 Flourescent red is the colour I used on this MP4/8 and I've used the same on a MP 4/5B too. Unfortunatly the white cracked on the 4/5 when clear coating it

Wow, its crazy how that color changes. I know its TS36, but it looks like deep red on those shots.

I don't like Tamiya's TS-36. It's a real pain in the ass to spray and it really isn't the right colour, too red/pink and not enough orange..... There are better alternatives, Zero MP Red being the best.

Because Hiroboy.com don't ship color outside europe, and in Thailand doesn't have Zero Paint Dealer.

Both is not true. See below. There are no other Zero paint dealers anywhere - it is Hiroboy's brand.

From Hiroboy.com
Will you ship paints to my Country ?
It is the Purchasers responsibility to check with your local Postal Operator to confirm if any items being purchased are classed as Prohibited Goods (Paints, Thinners, and Flammable Liquids etc) within your country. If you have purchased an item/s which is classed as Prohibited Goods and it is not delivered, we can NOT offer refunds. If the item/s are returned to Hiroboy.com for this reason, we will refund the value of the items returned minus any shipping/packing cost.

Hasn't used TS36 for ages - it will turn into a normal red over time. This color is no good.

Re: Red MP 4/4 & 4/5B Color?

after fiddling with different "special" McLaren oranges I tried something new.
There is a fluorescent orange available from Revel, but only in those small pots. so you have to thin and airbrush it. It is a perfect match and it's a matt color and covers very fast...and that is a good point. This is the main problem with the Tamiya TS paint, you need to many layers to get it look like orange not pink...here it is

ok looks bad in pictures but belive me it's a perfect strong color. If you can get revell pots you should try it.

True here is a sample : http://www.fensterversand.com/images...-Leuchtrot.gif

I don't know in Thailand, but in France paintshop won't mix under one liter and it is pretty expensive ...
