Unhappy problem!

I have a problem with my 98 4 runner, when I accelerate the gas up to 40+ the car starts to vibrate and shake as soon as I let go of the pedel it stops doing it. It does it only if I accelerate over 40+

[Try to go to the nearest car repair shop so they can check what is the real problem on your car]
