step bars

i have some chrome step bars on my 97 f-150. i think they are factory. the black plastic piece that you use to step into the truck are loose and coming off. possible broken clips. how do i get these off to replace them and where can i get new ones? maybe they only go on one time so i cant get them from a junkyard?

Re: step bars

Your best bet is to clean em up and use a serious glue to hold them on since you probably couldn't get a new set unless you bought new side steps. Getting some from the junkyard would probably put you in the same position you are in now.
