i have a 98 the blower motor will not work.changed restior card ,relay under battery,and fuses,still no blower. do the control switches in the dash go bad that often?

Re: 98 bug heater blower
more often the light bulb burns out. Check to see if there is battery voltage at the blower motor red wire, if there is ohm out the motor it should be about .1-.4ohm. If its 0 or ofl than the motor is bad.
