92 motor mounts for V8
I am swapping a 4.3L for a 5.7L..Both are TBI engines. I have an ecm already and the correct flywheel and clutch..I know I need engine mounts...My question is does the engine mount bolt directly to frame? Do I need a different part to go along with the mounts? I see the 4.3L mounts have a bracket to locate the mounts more rearward...I am just wondering if I just remove the v6 mount and bolt the v8 mount in its place...
