2004 Rodeo -
Is there a way to disable the auto-locking "feature" on the passenger seat-belt mechanism? |

Annoying, isn't it? There is a way to fix this. I've done it but it's been too long for me to be able to explain it. All I can suggest is get the thing apart and you should be able to figure what going on in there.
