1995 Cutlass Supreme issue

Hi all- Ok now I have another problem. When driving down the highway it sounds and feels like you are driving over rumble strips. It will be like this for a couple of miles and then be smooth. Then it will start over again. I thought CV joints at first but the hen says it steers fine. It also sounds like it could be a wheel bearing but not sure. Any suggestions?

Does the steering wheel move or shake when it's doing that?

No nothing shakes and now it sounds more like the exhaust has a hole somewhere which is good. I thought the CV joints were out at first but they check out ok.
