190e engine swap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I have a 1985 190e mercedes benz 2.3L gasoline. I have found it imposible to find aftermarket upgrades for this motor and parts are getting rare as well. I have been looking into the idea of swapping out the 2.3 for a newer model 230c kompressor motor with the super charger. Has anyone done this? Also would it be better to rebuild the 2.3 and put a turbo on it or go with the 230c motor?

I'm just trying to upgrade it with less hassel. I saw a guy on you tube put a ls1 in a 190e and he was having hell. At on time I thought of putting a 4.4l chevy v6 in it but not many upgrades for that motor. What would you do to have some fun?
