What's the recommended tire pressure for my 1999 Crown Vic?

Hello,

I can't find anything (no sticker, nothing in owner's manual), that tells me what the recommended cold tire pressure should be on my 1999 Crown Victoria. I've got 225/60 R16 tires on it. It's "stock", not a police interceptor, etc.

The only sticker that's on the side of the driver's door is the one with the codes on it. I know what most of the codes mean, but I don't think that any of them refer to tire pressure.

Thanks,
Louis

Ok, now I found the sticker, but it wasn't where the manual said that it was suppose to be. Pardon me for posting before I checked again.

FWIW, I run 38-39psi in all 4 tires (and all 4 have a max of 44psi). It gives a little bit better economy on the highway and keeps it a little bit more composed in turns.

I have not had a problem with tread wear on my current tires (almost 2 years old) or the tires they replaced.
