Rear strut swap

I own a 1991 Chevy Lumina and the rear struts don't last long with the car audio equipment that I have in the trunk. I was wondering if the struts from a 1995 Chevy Lumina would fit a 1991.

Re: Rear strut swap

What I've been told the '95 McPherson strut will not fit the earlier models. Have not tried personaly.

Re: Rear strut swap

oh ok, I know there was a site a few years ago that was making coil over struts for the 89-94 body style but I don't think it is still up.

I need a way to raise the rear end of the car
