90 chevy 1500
Truck runs great as long as it isnt wet out. As soon as it rains or snows I lose power. I have to either step on the gas or take my foot of gas pedal then step on it again. I have a 4.3 liter 5 speed I have changed the plugs wires and distributor cap but still same problem
