turbo to non turbo

I have the new block in etc all ready but am going to order a new full turbo kit can i put a set of headers on and run the car without the turbo until i get the turbo kit and new intercooler etc?

Technically you could do that, im sure the exhaust would have to be redone to fit a header but if you did that and had the MAF hook up the car should run fine. I would say just wait till its all put together but if you really need to have a drivable car then that should work.

And you would have to cap off the water and oil lines.
