new to these trans sports, relay question
I recently purchased a 1995 trans sport, and I guess it is ok for the most part. I discovered they are mostly plastic, but that is neither here nor there.
The left window doesn't work very well you have to work with it for a long time to get it to go up. It will go down no problem but going up is a major pain in the rear. would anybody have a clue why it does that? |

Re: new to these trans sports, relay question
Mine is working slowly too to get that left window up but not dramatically. ANyway, I'm sure I would someday peel off the door panel and lubricate the window rails and mechanism. That should work it out.

Re: new to these trans sports, relay question
Either that or the window motor is getting tired.. I have one fail after the other one... Both windows are pretty quick when everything works as it should..
I have a 95 TS as well.. Does yours have the Power sliding door and keyless entry? |

Re: new to these trans sports, relay question
Get a can of silicone spray and spray the tracks with it. No need to remove the door panels. Roll down the window, spray the tracks roll up the window repeat as necessary. Other uses for silicone spray? In the great northland you can spray it on a cloth and wipe down all the door seal. Keeps the doors from freezing to the seals when you go through the car wash in the winter!
