95 mustang ruuning rich - lean - no power

I just upgraded my 95 mustang 5.0 liter with a 93 cobra lower and upper intake. the stang was running well before the upgrade, now I have hesitation, sluggish, lack of power. idle goes rough. I have changed plugs, plug wires, replaced ACV, ICV, PVC, set timing. Still same issue. has anyone ran into the same problems I am having?

I ran an ECC last night and I have two codes, one stated it was a lean on bank 1 and my egr vavle has low flow (i have elimated the egr valve). I replaced both 02 sensors since one was reading bad. I worked on it very late and will run it today to see if this fixed the problem.

Too lean on bank 1 could be a dirty MAF sensor or a vacuum leak in the intake or the PCV valve and hoses. Clean the MAF with electronics cleaner and reinstall. Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes to reset the computer so it can learn the new parameters of your upgrade.
