water pump removal

My daughter has a 1986 s10 2.8 blazer. We are trying to remove the water pump. Looks like it has the bolts that take a star or hex drive. does anybody know what kind of bolt this is and what size? Really don't want to by a whole set of drives.
thank you

Re: water pump removal

They are torx,a t40 or t45 and break them loose by hand first with a hand ratchet.Buy a good set.Yoy can get a cheap set at any parts store or a high quality Craftsman set at Sears with a lifetime warranty.Mac,Snap On,SK,Matco and Cornwell are not cheap for their sets, very expensive and you pay their prices
