1993 LeSabre Brake Vibration

Vehicle sat in driveway for 4 months not moved but started once per week. Backed it out, car would not move as if E-Brake was engaged. Finally let loose. Driving forward, vehicle vibrates (not the antilick frequency but perhaps 30% of that) ONLY when brake applied, otherwise normal. Inspected all four (4) brakes. Plenty of meat on pads and shoes. Rotors drums showing no signs of corrosion. Auto adjusted (rear) by driving in reverse and applying brakes. Condition (vibration) same.

Also, front end feels like it desparately needs to be alligned or bad component. Checked struts...no leak. Checked CV joints. No tears/leaking observerd.

Could brakes/front end problem be associated?

Drum or rotor out of round?

Thanks,

Paul T.

Many things can cause this, jacked up do all the wheels turn freely? could be a sticking caliper.
