Italeri (Also Available as Revell Re-Box) Ferrari 365 GTB4 "Daytona"

And another one.

This was another very nice kit to build.
Some parts are slightly oversized making fitting in extra detail a little tricky but is otherwise an excellent kit to build.
Paint is Tamiya TS 14 Black for the body.
Chassis and Interior done by Tamiya jar acrylics with a little help from Citadel Mithral Silver.

This is actually the second one I've built.
The first went horribly wrong as I had cemented the suspension/A-arms without checking to see if they were level. As a result, it was all skewed and forcing it into the level would've broken it.
Here I once again messed up.
Somehow, in my moving of parts around the engine bay, I managed to raise the position of the engine about 1mm too high so now, the bonnet doesn't close properly.
Oh well.

Again, like the SWB, this was done before the GTO detail project otherwise I would've added the same missing parts to the otherwise very nice chassis.

Nice one!
Pity the hood doesn't look to fit properly.

PS: You seem to be on a roll nowadays.

With as many started kits as I have and me doing a little bit to each every day, it was bound to happen one day...
Just from where I'm sitting, I can count 11 in progress.
Maybe I'll get another one done by the end of the coming week.
Won't be a Ferrari though.

Nice work, and classic color combination! With the Fujimi version readily available, and not too expensive, I don't see why people build the Revell version anymore, IMO.
