Sagging Doors

Anyone know an easy fix for sagging doors. I have a 2000 Silverado with 9" of lift and 37" tires. I think this problem is becasue i use the door to help lift myself up. I have alreaqdy replace hinge pins and bushings but the problem keeps coming back. Please tell me i dont have to cut off and replace the whole hinge....

you'll have to make up larger pins...the dia of the holes are worn..lube the pins every 2-3 months with 30wt oil mixed with some graphite powder..
