In my 1999 Dodge Caravan, whenever the van is traveling at 20 Kpm the doors lock automatically. Does anyone know if this feature can be turned off and how to turn it off? Thanks.

I don't have the manual. I'd be very grateful if you could look it up for me and post the details. Thanks.

:flash:
sorry it took me forever and a day to answer you - but here it is- 1. close all doors 2. place the key in the ignition and turn the key between off and ON position 4 times ENDING in the OFF position. (do not start the engine) 3 press the drivers side power door lock button to lock the doors. 4 you will hear a single chime when programming is complete. there it is -straight out of the book , no i havent tried it cause i like the feature- good luck! |
