Flood

I have a 97 Honda Accord 2.2L 4 door sedan. I went threw a flood the other day got some water in the passenger floor. The day after the flood teh car started acting up when starting I had to press the clutch and turn the key a few times until it cranked. Now the car won't crank just does a 1 click sound all the instrument lights are on but won't start I checked the battery and its within specs what else could be the problem???

Re: Flood

I would get an electrical diagram and start checking the circuits. Since your played with clutch and it produced some results I would start with the safety clutch switch.

Good luck,

Sam
