Hydraulic brake booster leak

Have a problem on my 82 C30 5.7l It has a hydraulic brake booster (driven off power steering pump). Whenever the brake is applied, the power steering fluid leaks out of the back of the booster and runs down the firewall. It leaks bad enough where after a few presses of the pedal, the power steering goes out and needs more fluid. Do these have a seal that needs replacing or does it need to be rebuilt?

you should get a rebuilt unit...prior to installing flush out all the old fluid...
