It's #6.
As I understand it, it has no PVC valve, just a rubber line. I think it's "throttled" in the throttle body and contributes to getting the throttle body dirty and cleaning issues...all help gratefully accepted.

I think Chris is right, a quick search didn't turn up a PCV on the scheduled maintenance list and no parts stores online show a part number for it.
