01 Galant brake rotors won't come off

I can't seem to figure out how to get the brake rotors off of the front of my friend's 01 Galant. I've tried heat, oil, hammers, etc, but the thing won't budge. Is there some hidden fastener or something that I'm missing?

I had the same problem with a 1990 honda accord once, I had to take it to a shop and they had to torch the driver's side off.

sometimes theres a few bolts behind the rotor near where the axle goes into the hub,i believe my 96 had 3 that held the rotor on,its been a while so i might be wrong but its worth a look

I have also run into what looks like a washer on the stud for the lug nuts. It had plines that were holding on the rotor.
