95 Bonneville trunk release button

I'm having issues with my trunk release button. I got it to work once but now it's not working. I checked the fuse and it's fine unless i'm looking in the wrong place. on the dashboard it says to check the park lamp but when i check it it's fine. anyone have any ideas??

i have a 92 buick the solinoid in the trunk has a ground problem clean the part the solinoid screws to see if that works will the remote work some time i push down on the trunk then it will work
