screwed up electrical parts bad help

well i got some silver faced indiglo guages and me and my friend was tryign to install it on my 93 prelude. we got it in the cluster all fine but then we tried to get power to it. to make it short we chopped a bunch of wires then put them back together. at one point all the dash lights went off and the door locks dont work. Does anyone know the problem? perhaps a fuse or something.

if your door locks stopped working as well then i'd think it's likely to be a fuse.
