Unhappy Sunroof will not fully close on 00 Tahoe

My sunroof gets stuck closing from the open position (not the vent position) it gets stuck in one spot leaving about 6 inches open then it will sometimes get past it to another spot leaving about an inch open.

The motor and rails seem ok as I can open it and close it to these two spots all day long.

Maybe its the safety sensor that prevents injuries acting up. Any ideas or wiring diagrams (my shop manual doesn't even mention the sunroof)

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks,
Ryan

RE: 00 Tahoe moonroof
My moonroof just got stuck open, I just took it on a 3000 mi. rd trip.
Not sure how to fix it, the motor is working but seems stuck.
