ok, so I decided to try and build a jeep w/o husbands help, but need to know if the bellhousing on a dodge 318 is the same as a amc 360....tried to look it up online, but couldn't find a diagram...anyone know if it is the same???

Welcome to the forums.
First of all, try to avoid posting duplicate threads on the same subject. Other members find this somewhat annoying. As I mentioned in your AMC thread, the AMC 360 and Dodge 318 are completely different engines and will not interchange. If you give us more info, we could help out more. What make, model and year of Jeep do you have? Does it have an AMC engine in it now? If yes, why do you want to swap a Dodge 318? The AMC engine is better than a 318. A rebuild may be easier than any kind of swap. |
