Sport Suspension - what's different?

My '99 Montana has the FE2 Sport Suspension Package. The stabilizer bar end has a crack in it (yes, the bar end itself) and I'd like to replace it. Online parts stores only list one part number for the stabilizer bar itself, and I thought there would be more than one listed for those with/without the FE2 package.

Is the stabilizer bar the same regardless if the van has the FE2 suspension?

Also, what is different on the van when it has the FE2 suspension? The '06 we bought recently has the normal suspension, and I miss the FE2's handling.
