sparkplugs cover in oil

I have a 99 eclipse 420a engine I have to replace sparkplugs every month everytime I change them cylinders 2,3,4 are covered in oil. I can put new plugs in take them back out without cranking engine and they will be covered in oil ran a compression check today cylinders 1,2,3, all at 175 cylinder 4 180 Im thinking the valve seals might be bad.
the engine does use oil and smoke out exhaust oil pressure 50
Im planning on putting a crower stage two cam in soon and have some head work done I was planning on rebuilting the whole engine but if the shortblock good I may just have head work done. ANY IDEALS on whats causing oil to get on plugs also is that good compression numbers for this engine.

Re: sparkplugs cover in oil

I'm not sure what the compression should be on the 420a but I can tell you that either you need to replace some seals or your rings are shot. I'm gonna go with seals though since your compression is still that high.
