durango rear door

Anybody out there ever have the rear door NOT able to open? Won't open w/key or electrically, even though you can hear the door unlock.

Sorry i didnt catch you earlier!
Had same prob twice. tried to take rear inside off to no avail. took to dealer and cost 125.00 they said the arm came off the mechanism.
1 month later, it happened again and they didnt charge me. Asked them why they didnt secure it better and they didnt know?
No probs since, over a year now, Dont slam rear to hard!
