power steering problem

I have a 2000 330 ci and my power steering doesnt work i have fluid it just went out and i had the pump replaced last year. any guesses to whats wrong with it

belt? pulley bound?

Can you tell me more. Is it noisy? Does it turn easier to one side but not the other. With only the information that you posted I would say that you have another bad pump. Replace and blow out the lines. I would also replace the P.S. reservior. This is were the filter is and if you have had two pumps go bad than maybe there are metal shavings floating around causing problems.
