Thumbs up Replacing Rear speakers from a 2004 530i

hi there,

newbie to this forum, so this is my first post, pls near with me. Bought my wife a 2004 530i few years back and the rear speakers always for some reason sounded like crap. Static, crackling etc. Took it to a BMW dealer and they said they ran it through "extensive BMW sound system" tests or whatever and said the speakers were absolutely fine. I thought that was a complete bullshit answer because the moment I left the dealer and turned the radio on, I could hear the crackling, static etc. I basically want to try and replace them myself, and probably put in some decent speakers, whatever brand, I don't really care, just some better than the crap that is in there. My question is, how to take the cover off, the panel without making marks and scratching the panel from the inside? These foreign cars are alittle tricky with all the metal panels joined together neatly without showing any screws and clips, its not like replacing Honda speakers obviously. If anyone can tell me how to take that inside panel off, or the speaker covers without breaking or scraping anything I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!
