computer system

I hava a 2001 rodeo LS. last year after failing an emissions test I was told that my computer system does not match my vehicles vin number. This results in a "check engine" lite continuously bieng on. Is thier anything I can do to pass an emissions test with this computer system.

Re: computer system

You should be able to have the PCM re-flashed at the dealer or a qualified repair shop. Takes very specialized equipment.
